Beautifully designed and masterfully handcrafted 18-karat yellow gold and diamond ear clips from ca 1945. Multiple curved and textured elements with a feather-like design are accentuated with 4 bright white round-cut diamonds on each earring. The ribbed texture of the individual elements creates a wonderful play of light on the ear with every movement and has a chic three-dimensional appearance. The earrings are secured by a comfortable omega clip-back and are light enough to be worn for extended periods of time. Partially obscured maker marks ( presumably French ) and 18 K stamped on the back of the ear clip.
