The petite frame is a low step through design following the style of vintage bikes, and makes mounting and dismounting simple. Constructed from a lightweight aluminium alloy, this frame is both agile and stiff to ensure pedalling is efficient.
A comfortable upright riding posture is the result of high sweptback handlebars, and a padded and sprung saddle. Designed for comfort and style, the Melody is also practical with a front wicker basket and rear rack for greater carrying capacity.
Ride efficiently on the road with a 7 speed Shimano Tourney drivetrain that will offer the best gear ratio for a number of terrains. Improved safety is found with Alloy V-Brakes that will give young riders the confidence to stop on a dime. Upgrade out of the kids’ sizes with a 24” wheelset that enables greater efficiency when pedalling with a larger wheel, that is still accessible to growing riders.
